ACE National is proud to be the first (1st) Professional Abstract and Title Insurance provider in the Lehigh Valley area to offer this service to the public. You MUST agree to the terms listed below to utilize this service. If you do not agree with any of these terms please exit this page now or click on the DO NOT AGREE link located below. YOU MUST UTILIZE A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD TO PAY FOR THIS SERVICE. There are no monthly fees. You will only be charged for the product (s) you purchase.
Utilizing this form is a three (3) step process. You MUST follow each step or your order WILL NOT be completed. Your information and product request will be sent to us from the order form you will fill out. Once you submit your criteria our office will place your request in a "Hold" status. After you proceed through the payment process we will receive an immediate electronic notification that you have paid for your product. When we receive this notification we will immediately process your request. If we DO NOT receive your payment notification YOUR REQUEST WILL BE CANCELLED. Search product turnaround times will vary from 24 - 72 hours. Certified copies will take slightly longer due to mailing times. Certified copies can not be transferred back electronically. All other copy, search and flood products can be delivered via email.
ORDERING PROCESS
(1) The Product Request Form - You must fill in all appropriate boxes pertaining to your information. You must complete as much information that you know on the subject property that is being searched. Fill in this form completely, simply click on the check box next to the product type that you are requesting and click on the Submit Search Criteria to ACE button located at the bottom of the form.
(2) The Purchase Process - After you submit your information to our company and what product you would like you will be taken to a purchase form. Simply click on the BUY NOW button located next to the product type you selected on the order form.
(3) Checkout - ACE National utilizes Pay Pal. Pay Pal is free of charge for you to use. The only amount that your credit card will be charged is that of the product you are purchasing. If you do not have a login for Pay Pal you will have to follow a few simple steps to establish one. Once established you can use Pay Pal to pay via credit card on any site that utilizes their service.
ACE National reserves the right to refuse service to any person, firm or entity. The search products available for purchase are not, and should not, be confused with Title Insurance. While ACE National can provide Title Insurance for your purchase, home equity or re-finance in the state of Pennsylvania, the search service that is offered is not a Title Commitment and will not cover any person, entity or firm via insurance. While we obtain information that is highly accurate, ACE National can not be held liable for any false information that is obtained due to an error on the part of any Court house employee. This includes document miss-filings and incorrect index information. By using this service you hereby understand that the information being provided is on an as is basis and you agree to hold ACE National harmless of any false information that may be ascertained when searching the County Index's. There are no warranties either written or implied. Because of the nature of these reports, and the information that they contain, there is a NO REFUND policy.
COVERAGE AREA
ACE National is currently offering this service in the state of Pennyslvania only. Ordering parties can reside anywhere in the world, the property location itself MUST be located in Pennsylvania. We will be expanding the coverage area to include the entire United States. Coverage expansion will occur on a State by State basis. If you have a need for a different state, please email or call our firm. We can obtain the information you request in any county, in any state. However, online Credit Card payments via ACE Entry are currently only being excepted for Pennsylvania.
